How does it work

Accuracy of results

By collecting your saliva sample correctly, your results will be reliable and accurate – our easy-to-follow instructions will simply guide you to a great result.

The laboratories we work with perform validation tests on all saliva samples taken before making them available. We work with highly qualified laboratories nationwide with all the necessary certifications.

Our Sampling Kits

Our home analysis kits are CE marked. This means that all of our kits meet health and safety requirements within the European Economic Area (EEA).

Do I need a prescription to order?

No, the prescription is not necessary, all our tests can be ordered directly from the site.

Is shipping included in the cost?

Yes, shipping is included in the cost of the kit.

Do I have to be fasting to take the test?

No, genetic testing does not require fasting.

How many days will it take to get the test results?

Once the test has been carried out and the kit has been shipped, it will be delivered to the laboratory within 1-3 working days and the laboratory will carry out the test making the result available to the customer within the average reporting time indicated on the detail page of the purchased kit (see website).

What's in my Kit?

The kit we sent you contains everything you need to collect and return the samples for testing, in particular for saliva collection:

  • accompanying letter
  • leaflet (instructions) explaining the sample collection process
  • User Card
  • Card Kit
  • Salivary Swab.

Once I have received the Kit, what should I do?

Inside the leaflet you will find instructions for carrying out the test.

Once the collection is complete, place the box correctly inside the pre-paid return envelope and go to the most convenient collection point, it is not necessary to apply any stamp or incur any shipping costs already included in the purchase of the kit.

How do i activate my kit?

Go to the KIT ACTIVATION page to activate the kit and follow the instructions.

How will the results be communicated to me?

When your results are available you will receive an email to the email address you entered during registration which will invite you to go to the private area to download the report.

Can I order two kits and ship them to two different addresses?

Certainly. Two separate kits can be ordered for people residing in different areas. We handle many cases where participants don’t live in the same place at the same address.

Is it safe to proceed with a credit card payment online?

Certainly. Online credit card payment is a very secure payment method. Our payments page is in compliance with all the recent security regulations for online transactions. With maximum 256-bit data encryption protection, your personal details are instantly encrypted and absolutely not visible to any person. A credit card payment is always the safest method because it is protected and insured by the bank. All your credit card details are not stored and at no time can we charge your account without your authorization.

 

I have not received confirmation of receipt of my order. Have you received it?

Kindly, check the spam folder in your email, the order confirmation may be there. It is also possible that there was an error when entering your email address. If you send us an email specifying the information entered in the order, we will verify the information in our possession and send you a confirmation manually.

I realized I made a mistake. Can I change my order?

Kindly, always check carefully that all information is correct: if something goes wrong, it is not always possible for us to change your order. In that case, we kindly ask you to write to us at info@dna-lab.online indicating the correction to be made, we will take care of it and confirm everything via email. Any requests for change before printing, respectively before your order is shipped, does not cause any problems. After that, unfortunately, change requests cannot be made.

Can I cancel my order once it is completed?

After the order has been completed and processed, it cannot be canceled.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club, JCB card. All transactions are made through a secure SSL server. All orders must be paid in advance, we do not accept cash on delivery.

Is privacy guaranteed?

Privacy is guaranteed by the anonymization and encryption of the data acquired and stored on our servers that comply with the GDPR.

Is the shipping discreet?

All of our tests are shipped in generic packages.

How does DNALab protect my data?

Your data will be processed in compliance with current legislation as also provided for in our privacy policy.

Should I share my results with my doctor?

We always encourage sharing DNALab results with your doctor, however, we will never share your information with third parties.

Where's my order?

You can track your order using the tracking code in the shipping confirmation email.

Is the Test anonymous and discreet?

Certainly. The test is anonymous and the patient will be given a unique code with which he will receive the result.
